Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates combines the traditional principals and movements of mat Pilates with a specially designed reformer machine. This machine contains a foot bar, carriage, pulleys, and springs of varying tension which can be adjusted to suit your fitness level or needs.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga is a type of yoga that uses a hammock to allow participants to perform postures that they may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the yoga mat. It combines traditional yoga with moves inspired by pilates, dance and acrobatics.
